Zoom Integration Instructions

Connecting your Zoom account

  1. Log in to ResumeX.
  2. Open "Zoom Connect (Zoom連携)" page and click "Connect (連携)" button.
  3. Sign in to Zoom with the account you would like to use.
  4. Click "Authorize" button.

Usage

  1. Open "Attendence (出席)" page and click "Topic Management (トピック管理)"
  2. Click "Create Meeting (授業作成)"
  3. Modal is displayed and enter information for creating a meeting and click "Create (トピック作成)" button.
  4. If you would like to start the meeting, click "Start (開始)" button.
  5. If you would like to edit the meeting's information, click "Edit (編集)" button.
  6. If you would like to delete the meeting, click "Delete (削除)" button.

Disconnecting your Zoom account

  1. Log in to ResumeX.
  2. Open "Zoom Connect (Zoom連携)" page and click "Disconnect (連携解除)" button.
  3. Modal is displayed and click "Disconnect (連携解除)" button.

Deauthorization the ResumeX-CheckIn integration

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Added Apps.
  3. Click on the Remove button.
